Comfortable stay and apartment was clean and well located. Positive: The location of the apartment was ideally located with a 10-15 minute walk to Bondi Beach and local bus access to Sydney (30 mins approx by bus to Sydney harbour). Facilities at the apartment were generally good and had everything we needed. Apartment was clean and tidy but I would not consider it excellent or fabulous in booking.com standards. Good is fair Negative: Had a bit of hassle obtaining code for key security box - was chasing this up right up until we were in taxi from airport to apartment despite numerous messages. If arriving early hours this would not have been ideal at all and was pretty a stressful process. Having to go through an ID verification process was a pain I could have done without whilst on holiday. The Wi-Fi access we were given did not work. The coffee pods didn’t fit the coffee machine. The dead flowers on the table weren’t a nice touch if we are honest. Would have been best booking a hotel
